Joyce’s 2016-17 season revealed!

Joyce’s 2016-17 calendar is now online!  Her season is filled with exciting company and role debuts, beginning with Opera Philadelphia as Liù (role debut) in Puccini’s Turandot followed by Salomé in Massenet’s rarely performed opera Hérodiade (role debut) with Washington Concert Opera. Joyce returns to the familiar role of Violetta twice this season, both in company debuts, first with the Royal Opera House in January/February  and second with the Glyndebourne Festival in August 2017.  Between her La traviata runs, she will debut the role of Leïla in Bizet’s Les pêcheurs de perles with Opéra National de Bordeaux (another company debut).
